The most recent portraits are for my final degree show as well as being part of Official Olympic art. I have been painting and will continue to paint Olympic ad potential Olympic athletes. I am trying to show the athlete as themselves rather than just the athlete. They are painted in as many as 20 layers of thin washes of Oil, like my landscapes but keeping it much more translucent like skin!
